Wall Ball/Push-up Pyramid
50 wall ball, then 50 pushups
40 wall balls, the 40 pushups
30, then 30
20 then 20
10 then 10
time of 15 min 43 sec, with a 15lb medicine ball and good form pushups!
Followed by AMRAP (20 min.) of:
15 pullups
15 dips
20 windmills (10 each arm)
20 situps
