1. rounds of
kettle bell figure 8s - 20lbs, 15 each side

pistol squats - no bench help! 15 each side

i finished 2 complete rounds plus a third of figure 8s
2. hill sprints / jog
20 minutes of sprint up the hill, jog down, up the hill jog down...
