tabata workout and streeeeetching

this morning i did tabata push-ups, sit-ups, squats, sprints
20 sec exercise, 10 seconds rest - for 8 rounds

kind of a weak push-up, sit-up day - trying to work on form (and tired from week of push-ups), but a great day for squats!
