this morning i completed a serious track workout. and i'm feeling it following my workout from 12 hours ago.... but, like i said, i'm going for consistency.
Track/Sprint Workout –
Timed 400m run - my time: 1 min, 21 sec
Then – 300m, 200m, 100m, 300, 200, 100, 100
Following track workout:
Plank contest - i held on 3 min, 22 sec
Various ab exercises
and now to get ready for work.
